Full name: Ahmad Salama Abu Aziz | أحمد سلامة أبو عزيز
Killed along with 4 other journalists in a targeted double-tap Israeli artillery shelling on Nasser Medical Complex on the morning of August 25, 2025. He was initially transferred to intensive care and declared dead two hours later.
He worked with Tunisian and Moroccan media outlets, wrote reports on the Middle East Eye website, photographed for the Independent Commission for Human Rights, and appeared to be Freelance reporter with the Quds Feed network
One of his most notable pieces of work during the genocide was his reporting on Israel's murder of 12 year-old Mohammad Saeed Al-Bardawil who was an eyewitness to the IDF's massacre of 15 paramedics in Rafah on March 23, 2025.
